  Probably one of the best and most authentic Austrian place I have ever been to. Love the steak and the superb service. The steak was so perfect and so was the beer. I will be going back. this is a place I probably frequent for the rest of my life.

  I'm from Germany and just one word to describe this place: wow! The food here tastes just like in Germany or Austria. There are a lot of places in the Bay Area trying to serve German food but honestly, barely any of them is authentic. But Naschmarkt is simply perfect. Their dishes are 100% authentic and many of them have a nice, creative twist to them. The chef really knows what he's doing. I love their Schnitzel and pork belly - simply perfection. I rarely get so excited about a restaurant but I do in this case. Also their deserts are great - have their Apfelstrudel, it tastes just like in Austria. The best thing about their food is that it isn't as heavy as it often would be in Germany. They have also a great beer selection. Their cocktails don't go that well with the dishes but are tasty. Services is amazing and so is the atmosphere. Make sure to get a reservation and spend quite a bit of money.
